Today I was playing basketball and the ball hit my thumb really hard and now I have i big blue and black bruise underneath the nail and its pretty painful.What can I do to speed up the healing process and when will this go away?When will this bruise on my fingernail go away?
Keep ice on it as often as you can.When will this bruise on my fingernail go away?
That happend to me before and It went away in about two weeks.
