Use the same nail polish to draw similar figure in the other leg of your jeans. It may create a new fashion.......
try a carpet cleaner with nail polish remover......i spilt blue on my tan carpet i should know!
I think that fingernail polish and hot water will get the polish out.(try it!)

try acetone if not then use more nail polish of different colours and create a new look trust me it will look great dont over kill though
Don't use any water, it can make the left over polish spread on the fabric. I got red nail polish once on a white shirt. Just use nail polish remover. You can try one without acetone, but I think the remover with acetone works better. Apply the acetone on a cotton ball and rub it with a cotton ball on the material until it comes off. It'll take some elbow grease beleive it or not.
Try nail polish remover. :) Try a discreet spot first to make sure it doesn't take the color out of the jeans.
It's there to stay. Mise well try a new fad.
nail polish remover might do the trick,. is the polish darker than the jeans if so, you might have to also use some bleach, but, be careful.
