Why not just use remover?

Your best bet is to scratch it off then or if you find a way to wash it off? Although I doubt that will work...
Im assuming you dont have any remover, so gas will do the trick
soak em in hooooooooootttttttttt water then squeeze lemons and achohol on them. i gurantee it'll work! good luck! :)
My sister uses this strong smelling fingernail polish remover. and when she don't have that she uses alcohol.
You can chip (or another word for it would be pick) it off...or just ';let it go';...it'll chip off by itself in a few weeks. Another alternative would be a machine that does it for you (without using remover). Believe or not, these do exist. If your question is because you ran out of remover, I would go with picking it off; if your question is because you don't like remover, research on of those machines.

P.S. I heard you can take it off with perfume too.
You can either use gasoline or use a fingernail file and file it off. I recommend getting a tank of gas and just dribbling the gas out of the nozzle over your fingers if for some reason you can't spend 99 cents to get a bottle of nail polish remover.
Dip your fingers into tequila or vodka and rub real hard.
Bite it off. Run your hands under warm water for a while, then chip it off. You could also try filing, or buffing it off.
EASY. Nail polish remover. It's simple and very cheap.
