I've seen this more than once; an older Asian (Chinese) male with one of his pinky fingernails longer than the rest of his other fingernails. What does this signify?What is with those old Chinese guys with one long fingernail?

at the time there was counter.....group of old chinese guys hang out.
owner of store had nail on pinky finker growing out long.

Dunno. Maybe he's using it to apply accupuncture?

I've seen other people with the same long fingernail and I think it's to snort drugs. I asked a friend who has one and he says it's used as his toothpick, his nose cleaner and for sexual pleasure with his wife. Now what do you think of that one?
